Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for receiving orders, issuing and changing production orders；

2.Responsible for timely coordination with customers to maintain customer satisfaction when there are abnormalities in production and quality；

3.Responsible for arranging inspection on time, follow up inspection results and arrange timely delivery；

4.Responsible for tracking the order forecasts and updates provided by major customers and communicating the information to relevant departments；

5.Responsible for timely collection of customer accounts receivable, assist finance to check accounts with customers.

Job Requirements:

1.Major in English or international trade

2.Proficient in English, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

3.Proficient in Excel,Word,PowerPoint4, international trade, customer relationship management, second foreign language, etc.

4.Have excellent market development and business follow-up ability, familiar with the overall process of foreign trade.
